What is a Raya Vira experience actually like?

Gentle movement, a slow meal, something to make and women to share the day with. Every activity is optional, and each experience is made for a particular chapter of a woman’s life.

You arrive in a room that has already been thought about. There is a welcome, something to drink, somewhere to sit. You do not have to take over the arrangements.

There may be movement, chosen for the women who are there. There is time around a table. There is a creative practice that brings attention back to your hands. There are thoughtful prompts, and the option to keep your thoughts to yourself.

What does not happen matters too. You are not asked to network. You do not have to share something personal. You do not have to prove that you have changed by the end of the day.

Our first chapter is Still You, for expecting women in Noida. It includes Garbh Shakti with Dr Neha Gaur (PT), a vegetarian lunch and an afternoon made for the woman within the mother.

Future chapters will have their own guides, settings and details. What stays is the care with which the day is made, and your freedom to take part in your own way.

With love,
Raya Vira
